Financial Benchmarking

As part of their statutory duty, Governors must benchmark the financial data of the nursery to similar nurseries throughout both Derbyshire and England. Governors discuss and compare the information, and use it to plan and monitor the budget, ensuring the school continues to provide value for money while achieving the best outcomes for our pupils.

Employee Salaries

None of our employees earn a gross annual salary of £100,000 or more.

Nursery School Private Fund

Hadfield Nursery School operates a private school fund account, which is audited annually.  The school fund operates in connection with fundraising, donations, snack and baking, resources and equipment, photographs and funding school activities such as trips, parties and entertainers.
